Former Delta State Governor, Chief James Ibori has expressed disappointment over the dying of the chairman of Daar Communications Plc, Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, saying it’s stunning and painful.

Dokpesi, who was a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Get together (PDP) died on the age of 71 in Abuja on Monday afternoon.

In an announcement he personally signed, Ibori who stated he acquired the information of Dokpesi’s dying with shock, stated his passing was a  monumental loss to the nation,  the media business and the PDP household.

Based on him, as one of many pioneers of Nigeria’s media business, Dokpesi’s imaginative and prescient, doggedness and diligence reworked and  impressed a technology of media entrepreneurs within the nation.

He stated as a loyal and reliable member of the PDP household, Dokpesi who served as  the Deputy Director-Normal Technical and techniques of PDP Presidential Marketing campaign Council for the February 25, 2023 presidential election contributed immensely to the entrenchment of democracy in Nigeria.

 

 

Ibori prayed to the Almighty God to be with the deceased’s household, associates and employees and grant them the fortitude to bear what he described as an enormous and irreparable loss.
